Tom’s Toasted Oats SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

These SMS terms apply to the Tom’s Toasted Oats text messaging program operated by Tom’s Toasted Oats, a family-owned business in Chesterfield, Missouri, through https://tomstoastedoats.com (the “Program”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description
The Program sends recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages (SMS and/or MMS), which may include product announcements, offers, cart reminders, restocks, and other messages about Tom’s Toasted Oats products. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to about 8 messages per month; actual volume depends on your activity and our campaigns.

2. Consent
You consent to receive these messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and that you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live).

3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. Tom’s Toasted Oats does not charge a fee to join the Program.

4. Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text. After that, you will not receive further Program messages unless you opt in again. You may also email us at the address below and ask to be removed. We will honor opt-out requests within a reasonable time, and no later than 10 business days where required.

5. Help
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below. Carrier support is available through your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers
The Program is offered on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device.

7. Privacy
We collect your phone number and related opt-in data to run the Program. We may share that information with service providers that send messages on our behalf (including Shopify and its messaging partners). 8. Changes and eligibility
We may change message frequency, content, or these terms. Continued participation after notice means you accept the changes. The Program is for U.S. mobile numbers unless we say otherwise. We may suspend or end the Program at any time.
